After more than a year of planning, coordinating, and patiently waiting, we finally brought our vision to life with a two-day filming session at the iconic Blue Print Studios. This was no ordinary project—it was an ambitious endeavor to capture the energy and versatility of our 4, 5, 6, 8, and 12-piece lineups in one cohesive, dynamic showreel. The result? An unforgettable experience that beautifully showcases the talent, power, and diversity of our band.

The Challenge: Bringing Everyone Together

Getting our entire team in one room for two consecutive days was a monumental challenge. Over a year of meticulous planning went into coordinating everyone’s schedules. Our talented musicians and performers are constantly busy, so finding that perfect window where we could gather everyone wasn’t easy. But with determination and some serious scheduling magic, we finally made it happen, bringing together our full roster for this exciting project.

The Venue: Blue Print Studios

Blue Print Studios provided the perfect setting for our showreel shoot. Known for its cutting-edge facilities and history of hosting top-tier talent, the studio offered everything we needed to bring our vision to life. Its spacious layout and outstanding acoustics made it easy to accommodate all of our lineups, whether we were filming the energetic 4-piece or the grand, full sound of the 12-piece ensemble.

The Production: Space Rainbow Films
Partnering with Space Rainbow Films was an incredible experience. Their creative vision and attention to detail were essential in capturing the essence of each lineup. From the beginning, they understood exactly what we were going for and worked with us to ensure that every shot was visually stunning and full of energy. Their team’s professionalism and passion helped elevate the entire project.

Whether they were filming our compact 4-piece group or the dynamic 12-piece band, Space Rainbow brought fresh ideas and technical expertise to every shot. Their ability to capture the excitement and intensity of our performances on camera was remarkable, and we can’t wait to see how it all comes together in the final product.

The Performances: Energy, Versatility, and Talent

Each of our lineups brought something special to the table, and over the course of the two days, we captured it all. The 4-piece setup kicked things off with a high-energy performance that set the tone for the entire shoot. Far from being stripped back, the 4-piece was a powerhouse, delivering an intense, electric vibe that packed a punch. With tight rhythms, bold melodies, and an undeniable chemistry, this lineup proved that even with fewer members, we can still create a big, impactful sound.

As we moved through the different configurations, the energy never let up. The 5 and 6-piece lineups added new layers of complexity and richness to the sound, each bringing a unique dynamic that enhanced the overall performance. Then came the larger setups—the 8-piece and, finally, the show-stopping 12-piece ensemble. With a full horn section, multiple vocalists, and all the power we could muster, the 12-piece lineup brought the house down, delivering a larger-than-life performance that will be the crowning moment of the showreel.

With filming now complete, we’re eagerly awaiting the final edit from Space Rainbow Films. The intimate venue, renowned for its rich history and vibrant atmosphere, was the perfect backdrop for an afternoon dedicated to showcasing our versatile show band lineups from our Jukebox range. Our showcase featured a range of 4 to 8-piece configurations, each tailored to provide a unique musical experience for different event needs along with an impressive selection of our standout singers.

Jukebox Vibe: Perfect for Indie Lovers

The showcase kicked off with Jukebox Vibe, our fabulous 4-piece line up featuring one vocalist. This setup is perfect for indie sets or venues with limited performance space.

Jukebox Downtown: More Choices with Keys

Next up was Jukebox Downtown, our 5-piece line up with the addition of a keys player, offering a broader range of song choices.

Jukebox Beat: Dual Vocal Dynamism

The showcase continued with Jukebox Beat, our stellar 6-piece show band featuring two vocalists. If you have a smaller performance space this is the gold standard of our smaller line ups and it’s the band size I chose for my own wedding.

Jukebox Hits: Adding Sax for Extra Flair

As we progressed, the audience was treated to the raw and powerful sounds of Jukebox Hits, our 7-piece band with the addition of a saxophonist. This setup brings an extra layer of sophistication and flair, perfect for those looking to add a that extra something to their entertainment.

Jukebox Gold: The Gold Standard

The final band size was our premium 8-piece band featuring a full two-piece horn section.This lineup is our most popular option and really begins to set everything apart from our smaller line ups.
